New Aug. Reality App Helps You Avoid Traffic Jams and Red Lights
PC World posted this article about Navignon- it's an upgraded version of an already popular navigation app that is adding a new trick to its repertoire: Augmented Reality. The new feature on this app will allow users to point their camera-enabled device in the direction that they're headed and be presented with a variety of icons on their view screen pointing out nearby bars, shops, etc. The fun part of the app is that it will now notify users of red lights ahead of them, as well as live information on any traffic ahead (all for the price of a $15 upgrade).
